My work spirals around visual themes of repeated gestures, imperfect symmetries, migraine auras/visions/blindness, bodily systems and movements, and the spectrum of landscape painting. I aim to make work that holds still within its own sovereignty and logic, where the motions of my hands can be traced and recreated with the viewers’ eyes. These images are specific to my own modalities of thinking and moving within this world, with the goal of transporting, dissociating or grounding the viewer to another temporary reality.

You can find more photos on my Instagram page.

I also work and teach at Kremer Pigments in NYC.
